ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has decided on Tuesday that party will approach the court to strike off the name of the party supremo Nawaz Sharif from Exit Control List (ECL).
According to sources, after the government, conditional approval to Nawaz Sharif to go abroad for treatment, PML-N leadership have the stance that the government conditions are not acceptable as the government is using delaying tactics and will approach to the court on over the issue.
Party sources said that PML-N has completed the consultation with the lawyers in this connection as the surety bonds which is equal to fine imposed in Al-Azizia case showed the non-seriousness of the government.
On the other hand, PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif met with Nawaz Sharif in Jati Umra and apprised him the development and government conditions to remove his name from ECL.
Sources said that Nawaz Sharif has rejected the government’s conditional permission and directed the party to approach court again over the issue.
