Islamabad (July 5, 2017): Special Assistant to Prime Minister and senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML.N) Asif Kirmani on Wednesday continued criticism of the joint investigation team (JIT) probing Sharif family’s offshore holdings saying that the two JIT embers have gone to Dubai for ‘outings’.
Talking to newsmen at Federal Judicial Academy on the occasion of Maryam Nawaz appearance before the JIT, Kirmani said that which law allowed the JIT members to travel to Dubai on business class ticket.

He asked the JIT to keep its accounts ready, saying that the nation would make them to give account of each and every penny of tax money of the nation.
Lashing out at the JIT for the perceived biased treatment with Sharif family, Kirmani questioned that they were not told why ambulance was called when Hussain Nawaz first appeared before the JIT.
He added that neither they were told who leaked the picture of Hussain Nawaz nor the WatsApp call was probed.’
Kirmani said that they were pleading for justice not for any favour. “It was in the interests of justice to record the statement of main witness,” he added, saying that JIT must go to Qatar to record the statement of Qatari prince.

He also came down hard on PTI chief Imran Khan, saying that the show he had initiated would be wrapped up by them.
Maryam husband Capt (Retd) Safdar speaking on the occasion said that Nawaz Sharif would come clean from the current accountability.
He added that the hands of Nawaz Sharif was clean, adding that the Prime Minister would continue serving the nation and country.
“If 1999 coup could not restrain Nawaz from serving the masses and nation no other onslaught can dampen the spirit of Nawaz Sharif,” he added.

Advisor to Prime Minister Amir Muqam while talking on the occasion said that the Prime Minister was creating history for progress and prosperity of the country.
He added that the Prime Minister set a new precedent in country politics by presenting his whole family for accountability.
Lashing out at PTI Chief Imran Khan he said that what the PTI chief, who incessantly talked of rule of law and accountability, was doing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He added that the PTI-led KP government had rendered provincial Ehtisab Commission dysfunctional for years.
