SAHIWAL (May 03, 2017): Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) local leader Younis Sanpal was gunned down near Shadman Chowk in Sahiwal on Tuesday night.
According to the details, Younis Sanpal along with his family moving in a vehicle when they were ambushed by unidentified armed men near Shadman Chowk. Younis Sanpal, UC-5 Chairman, died at the spot but his family remained safe in the attack.
Police said the armed men managed to flee from the scene after killing the PML-N local leader. Situation turned panic in the area after the murder and angry mob blocked the road.
