Islamabad (February 22, 2018): A meeting of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz is underway at the Punjab House Islamabad in order to mull over the party’s future strategy after the Supreme Court of Pakistan’s decision to remove Nawaz Sharif as party head.
The meeting is chaired by former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and is attended by incumbent prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Maryam Nawaz, Pervez Rasheed, Maryam Aurangzeb, Abid Sher Ali, Daniyal Aziz, Tallal Chaudhry and others.

The meeting would discuss the situation after the apex court decision to remove Nawaz Sharif as party head while decisions pertaining to the selection of new party head and upcoming Senate elections would also be discussed in the meeting.
