ISLAMABAD: The special assistant to PM for anti-polio campaign Babar Atta lashing out at PML-N leaders on Friday said that they should avoid playing nation’s future only to hide their corruption.
In his reaction on micro-blogging website over the PML-N leaders’ press conference, Babar Atta said that in the first year of the PML-N government the number of polio cases had reached from 93 to 307 and they left the sewerage system full of poliovirus.
Today is a sad day for Pakistan as @AyeshaRaza13, Saira Tarar & Maryam Aurangzeb fell to a new low by using 62 paralysed children for political score settling. Utterly shocked, sad but equally determined. #ShameShamePolioPolitics pic.twitter.com/B6b1kUyLDl

“On May 5, 2014 travel ban imposed on Pakistan and due to ineligibility of the PML-N government even Hajj pilgrims had to administrate polio drops,” he reminded.
He advised them to avoid politicizing the polio program.
