ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) summonced an important consultative meeting in Islamabad on Monday to discuss current political scenario and future strategies.
The meeting will be attended by Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, federal minister Bashir Cheema, Monis Elahi and other legislators.
It is noteworthy to mention here that PML-Q, a coalition partner of ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), demanded more ministries in the federal government.
Earlier, Punjab’s Minister of Mines and Minerals, Ammar Yasir, of Quaid League tendered resignation over alleged interference by the CM Secretariat in his ministry’s task. He demanded Prime Minister Imran Khan to provide authorities to ministers if he was expecting results from them.
