LAHORE: Police conducted search operations in Qila Gujar Singh, area of Lahore and verified people’s identification details through biometric devices for the first time in the country.
The police also check tenancy record in the area. Lodhran police also hold search operations in different areas of the city.
While Faisalabad police along with intelligence agencies hold search operations in parts of the city and took two suspects into custody.
The police claimed to have recovered weapons from the possession of the suspects. Heavy contingents of the police participated in the search operation.
