Islamabad (June 17, 2017): Police on Saturday stopped Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) activists to march toward Federal Judicial Academy in show of support and solidarity with Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, who is appearing before Panama JIT today.
The JIT investigating money laundering allegations against Sharif family has summoned Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif for today to appear before it.

Shahbaz Sahirf will appear before the JIT today at 11:00am at FJA.
Though the PML-N leadership had asked party workers not to converge at FJA during the appearance of Shahbaz Shairf, many workers tried to reach the academy in show of solidarity with him.
Police stopped the workers at E-8 Mir Chakar Khan Road and did not allow them to proceed toward the Academy.
On the other hand, many PML-N leaders reached the FJA. MNA Tahira Aurangzaib and Deputy Mayor Islamabad Zeeshan Naqvi reached the academy.
