LAHORE: Chief Minister of Punjab Usman Buzdar on Saturday said that elements which have been rejected by the public are trying to stop development of the country.
As per details, Special Assistant to Prime Minister for Youth Affairs met CM Punjab to discuss matters of mutual interest, political situation and Tigers Force. Arrangements for Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Sialkot visit were also discussed.
During the meeting, Usman Buzdar said that politics is name of people’s service instead of spreading unrest and anarchy in the country. While referring to opposition, he said that these people do not care about issues faced by public and only want to protect their looted wealth.
He said that government is working hard to control spread of coronavirus but rallies of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) are spreading the virus.
CM Punjab said that government will complete its term and opposition will keep complaining even after December 13 rally.
