ISLAMABAD: In a bid to strengthen the ongoing movement against Chairman Senate, Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has called an important meeting session, inviting all senators of major opposition parties.
The huddle of opposition leaders will gather at Zardari House in Islamabad in the evening.
The opposition senators will be ensured that they vote for ousting of Sadiq Sanjrani when the bill floats against the chairman of upper house, sources said.
On the other hand, Leader of Opposition in Senate Raja Zafarul chaired a meeting of opposition members in parliament.
12 members of opposition parties were present at the session who exchanged thoughts on the voting procedure for the no-motion movement against Mr Sanjrani.
