KARACHI: Adviser to Sindh Chief Minister Barrister Murtaza Wahab on Saturday said that police is responsible for policing, but unfortunately some of the officers are involved in making policies which is not the part of their job description.
Addressing to an international conference in Karachi adviser to Sindh CM slammed and Federal Government and Sindh Police.
He said, “Police are responsible for policing only, the police officers are not responsible for doing press conferences.”
“They were busy in press meetings and five people were killed on the roads in Karachi,” said Murtaza Wahab.
By mentioning Irshad Ranjhani’s incident he said, “Street crimes are on all-time high in the metropolis and police was present at the time of Ranjhani’s murder.”
“Now people like Sheikh Rasheed are accepting that inflation is increased in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) led government’s era,” he concluded.
