KARACHI: Sindh governor Imran Ismail on Thursday criticised Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) for doing politics on the 18th amendment.
Addressing media workers at the inauguration ceremony of Federal Urdu University Hyderabad, Imran Ismail said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) government is not against the 18th amendment, adding that PPP is using the 18th amendment as a political stunt.
He said that Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) and PTI were in the favor of university in Hyderabad but the real credit goes to prime minister Imran Khan.
“After Hyderabad, will construct universities in Larkana, Ghotki and Sukkur,” he added.
It must be noted that PM Imran Khan will lay the foundation stone of Federal Urdu University in Hyderabad today (Thursday).
