ISLAMABAD: President Dr Arif Alvi has summoned the joint session to the parliament to be held 5:00 PM today (Thursday) at the Parliament House.
As per the statement issued by President House, President Dr Arif Alvi has called the joint session to the parliament under Articles 54-1 and 56-3 of the Constitution of Pakistan.
According to details, President Dr Arif Alvi will address the joint session of both the houses of the parliament – the Senate and the National Assembly. Meanwhile, PTI has decided to boycott the joint session to the parliament.
