Prime Minister Chairs Crucial Federal Cabinet Meeting Today

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will chair an important meeting of the federal cabinet on Tuesday (today), AbbTakk news reported.

The federal cabinet will meet at Prime Minister’s office to discuss on a 15-points agenda.

According to sources the PM will brief the cabinet over his recent visit to Bishkek and will take them into confidence over Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO).

He will also discuss the formation of a high powered commission to probe the loans taken by the previous governments.

The cabinet will discuss strategies to tackle the expected protest by the opposition parties amid the arrest of few of their stalwarts. The cabinet will also discuss the recently proposed budget.

On the other hand, the cabinet will also be briefed over ‘Ehsaas Program’, Visa NOC, Labour Lization Policy and immunity scheme. The cabinet will also discuss to approve Pak-Iran Maritime Search and Rescue Operation Agreement.

It will also approve the appointment of the railway board’s private member. However, they will also give a green signal to an agreement between the University of Mexico and NUST.

Moreover, the federal cabinet will discuss certified theft cases by PTA and FIA.

The cabinet will also be briefed over the fulfilment of previously approved agendas.
