KARACHI: Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) will stage protest outside Karachi press club against establishment of the seventh Kemari district in Karachi by the Sindh government.
The Paksar Zameen Party Chief Syed Mustafa Kamal will address the protest while other leaders of the party will also address the gathering.
The Chief of MQM-Pakistan Bahali Committee Farooq Sattar has supported the PSP protested and he has ordered his activists and supporters to attend the gathering.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) headed by Khalid Maqbool Siddique has announced to approach court over the formation of the seventh district in the metropolis.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has also rejected the formation of the new district as member Sindh Assembly Khurram Sher Zaman said that they will not remain mum on the division of Karachi.
It is pertinent to mention here that, the Sindh government made the new Kemari district after approval of the provincial cabinet.
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah announced on Thursday the formation of the new district. The 19-member Sindh Cabinet approved it unopposed. They all belong to the Pakistan Peoples Party.
