PSX Today: Market remains bearish on last trading day

Karachi (May 19, 2017): Pakistan Stock Exchange has closed the week on a negative sentiment, while KSE-100 index lost 214.57 points by the closing of the trading session to reach 50,742.03.

Trading volumes initially were led by commercial banking and textile spinning company stocks, while 76.4 million shares changed hands by the end of the session, with a total worth of nearly Rs7.97 billion.

At least 404 companies stocks were traded, out of which 243 gained in value, while 153 declined and 8 remained unchanged.
