Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Fawad Chaudhry has said that a consultative huddle in chair of the party chief Imran Khan has endorsed dissolution of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Punjab assemblies and its members of Sindh and Baluchistan assemblies will resign.
Giving media briefing after the consultative huddle in the chair of the PTI chief Imran Khan that lasted for two-hour , the former federal minister for information Fawad Chaudhry apprised that Chief Minister of KP and the party leadership of Punjab have endorsed the decision to dissolute the assemblies.
Fawad Chaudhry informed that taking Chief Minister Punjab Pervez Elahi on board, the PTI chief Imran Khan will call on the CM Punjab tomorrow.
He said that after consultation with the Parliamentary party, dates of dissolution of KP and Punjab assemblies will be announced.
The PTI leader said that Federal Minister Javed Latif was keeping talk on governor rule without reading the constitution.
He urged the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) not to become spokesman of the ruling PML-N.
Fawad Chaudhry said that Azam Swati faced atrocity against which we will hold protest outside the Supreme Court registry.
He apprised that Azam Swati son has expressed fear that his father can be killed.
