PTI disjoins parliament not for joy: Shah Mehmood Qureshi

MULTAN: Vice Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the political party disjoined parliament not for pleasure. He said that PTI would join parliament on next day after formation of judicial commission. He alleged that few political parties wanted to continue horse trading, however, PTI agreed to support the government to stop it.

Qureshi was addressing press conference in Multan on inclusion of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Nawab Iftikhar Khakwani in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Qureshi said that PTI demanded transparent polling in Senate election. He added that transparent election was impossible until formation of an independent Election Commission.

He alleged that politics for interests being carried out in the country but PTI was against tradings of principles. He urged PML-N government to step forward against horse trade essential for improvement in the system.

Qureshi said that PTI was providing maximum support to the government in implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP) against terrorism.

He congratulated national cricket team over their first victory in the ongoing World Cup 2015 and expressed wishes for more victories in upcoming matches.
