Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to meet Turkey President separately while CM Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KP) Pervez Khattak has taken back his earlier decision of registering FIR against interior minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan adding that “we know that what treatment will be given to our FIR”.
The PTI vice-chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has contacted to Turk ambassador in Pakistan while the PTI delegation will call on the ambassador and discuss issues pertaining to arrival of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
On the other hand the CM KP has announced to withdraw his decision to lodge FIR against interior minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, IG Punjab, IG FC, IG Islamabad and Commandant FC . While he said that he will file writ petition in Peshawar High Court (PHC) against blocking provinces paths illegally, use of torture, tear gas and baton charge on PTI workers.
He said that he is not going against interior minister and Punjab government to court but he said “we wanted decision from higher court that on which law and constitution federal government and Punjab government carried out lock down.”
