LAHORE: On orders of Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar local bodies government department Punjab has prepared a special spray vehicle through its own resources.
The vehicle named the mist queen has been prepared on a cost of Rs 1,75000 while the CM Punjab on Tuesday (today) watched the practical demonstration of spray in the CM office.
Usman Buzdar on the preparation of special vehicle expressed gladness and said that these vehicles will be provided to 450 local governments of the province in a phase wise .
The CM informed that in first phase eight vehicles have been prepared for Lahore for germs-free spray on major highways and markets.
He said that measures against the prevention of the coronavirus including germs-free spray will continue adding that the spray in Lahore has been conducted in a joint efforts of Rescue 1122 and LWMC.
The CM said that every resources are being used to save people from the menace of the coronavirus and all possible initiatives are being taken to stop the spread of the deadly virus.
