The person who leaked Panama papers, has been agreed to co-operate with authorities, John Doe has demanded an apology in return while offering help to the officials, he added that the purpose behind Panama papers were leaked that to clear economic equality.
John Doe has released his statement comprising on 1800 words, John Doe said that he had never worked for any intelligence agency or government, the purpose behind reveling secrets through Panama papers is to clear economic equality.As it is an important issue of this time, banks, financial regularities and tax authorities have been failed while decisions have been taken to protect the officials and to keep middle and low income groups under control.
He said in his statement that several cases could be made on thousands of people through investigation of Panama papers if law enforcement agencies could reach to real documents and review them.
He further added that ICIJ and other journalists have rightly said that they would not hand over those documents to law enforcement agencies but ready to co-operate with them, however people who identify wrongdoings should have immunity from any action by the government.
