Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Abdul Qadir Patel has recorded his statement in front of Sindh Rangers in Uzair Balooch case which appears to be startling revelations.
As per the statement, all the matters with Uzair Baloch were settled in a bungalow situated in DHA phase 8, where some leaders and gang war members used to meet. The PPP high command issued instructions to home minister of that time.
Sources said that Rangers personnel asked many questions to Patel in rangers headquarter, which filled the PPP leader full of sweating and his throat got dry and he drank water again and again.
Investigation officer briefed him that gang war leader Uzair Baloch has told about many PPP leaders including him.
According to rangers spokesperson, Patel were asked several questions regarding transferring of account of Uzair Baloch and his close relatives. Patel was also interrogated regarding Khalid Shahanshah’s murder.
In the statement, the PPP leader admitted that he has close relation with Uzair Baloch and all the party leaders used to of taking help from Uzair Baloch. Then interior minister Zulfiqar Mirza used to handle matter with Aziz. However, Patel denied any involvement abetting in crime.
