ISLAMABAD: The important accused of Nandi Power Project corruption case Qaisar Abbas, who was under NAB custody, died due to cardiac arrest in Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC) on Tuesday.
According to National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Lahore Qaisar Abbas had arrested on August 30, 2018, and was shifted to PIC after appearing heart pain but he was succumbed to his injuries in hospital.
