Islamabad (June 5, 2017): The Qatari prince Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jaber Al-Thani , who was summoned by Joint Investigation Team (JIT), has responded the notice of the team.The JIT, headed by Additional Director FIA Wajid Zia, will meet today.

The JIT had earlier twice summoned Qatari royal Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jaber Al-Thani to appear before it. Through he did not appear before the team, however now Prince Hamad Bin Jassim has responded the summon of the JIT.
The Qatri prince’s letter was delivered to JIT today through Foreign Office. The JIT will review the response of Qatri prince today.
The JIT is currently investigation Sharif family’s business dealing abroad in light of the apex court’s verdict in Panama case. During the haring of the Panama case in Supreme Court, Sharif family had presented a letter of Hamad Bin Jassim to substantiate money trail of its businesses abroad.
The JIT had summoned the Prince to appear before it for recording statement. He has written a letter responding the summon of the JIT.
