Pakistan has again taken the lead to efforts to find out the solution of the Afghanistan issue and held the fifth quadrilateral Coordination Group meeting on Afghanistan Peace and Reconciliation Process in which all members agree that the peace talks only solution for restoration of peace in volatile Afghanistan.
The meeting was attended by the representatives of Pakistan, Afghanistan, China and US while the issue related to the factors impacting establishment of peace in Afghanistan and future course of action also came under discussion.
At the end of the meeting the declaration was issued that condemning Kabul deadly blast in April said that violence never yield positive results as the talks only way to restore peace.
It also warned the terrorists saying all the four members would use its all resources to establish peace in Afghanistan and the next meeting will be called after the consultation of all members.
It is pertinent to say that the peace and reconciliation process had started last year, however following the death of Taliban head Mullah Umer the process had hanged in balance but after the diligent efforts by Pakistan it started again and four meetings have been held in which two in Kabul and two in Islamabad.
