LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) supremo Altaf Hussain on Saturday claimed that he has no hopes from Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to take stand against the military. He said that Nawaz Sharif had ensured to end military operation in 1992 but no results were emerged at that time.
Altaf Hussain responded investigation report released by Rangers, alleged that Rangers officers were liars and dishonest persons and they were trying to hide their failures but they will face severe consequences soon.
He questioned whether Rangers and military arrested responsible persons of Shia and Christian assassinations. He leveled severe allegations that the officers who planned to murder Quaid-e-Azam were also making conspiracies against MQM.
Altaf Hussain said that he wanted to raise their voice before Human Rights organisations and demanded to public trial of Umair Siddiqui’s case. He said that the interior minister Chaudhry Nisar has list which contains 72 prominent names of the country.
MQM chief rejected to dispel Hammad Siddiqui and Anees Qaim Khani over involvement in target killing. Altaf Hussain alleged that statements were being forcedly taken from the arrested persons.
