KARACHI: Former Sindh information minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has decided not to return homeland after Rangers raid at the offices of Asif Ali Zardari’s close aide Anwer Majeed.
Earlier, Sharjeel Inam Memon had consulted with legal experts and party leadership about his return to Pakistan but after the Ranger raids he changed his mind.
National Accountability Bureau lodged two references of worth Rs5 billion corruption against Memon. While land allotment issue is under consideration against him.
He is on protective bail in a corruption case in information department.
