Web Desk (May 03,2018): Sanjay Dutt’s throwback picture with mother Nargis on her death anniversary is making the internet emotional.
Sanjay Dutt posted a really old picture of himself with his mother, veteran actress Nargis on her 37th death anniversary along with a poignant caption on Instagram.
“All that I am is because of you. I miss you,” Dutt wrote in a post that is making the internet very emotional. The picture appears to be from Dutt’s initial period in the film industry – the 80s – as his look is similar to that of his character in his debut film Rocky. His post garnered over 22,000 likes within minutes while his Instagram family commented, saying that Nargis is deeply missed.
“In This Bitter World, Only Mothers Love is unconditional,” wrote one user while another said that Dutt has a “face” that is reminiscent of Nargis. An ardent fan of Dutt also wrote: “Generations will never see a person like you Sir.”
Nargis died on May 3, 1981 due to pancreatic cancer. She was 51. Sunil Dutt suffered a fatal cardiac arrest in 2005.Sanjay Dutt was deeply disturbed after his mother’s death. Rocky released five days after Nargis’ demise while Sunil Dutt reportedly left a seat vacant at the theatre during its screening in her memory. Soon after Dutt appeared on the screen, Sunil Dutt and his son are reported to have broken down in the presence of the audience.
