LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has summoned a response from Federal government for putting the name of the opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz in the Blacklist.
As per the details, Justice Farrukh Irfan of LHC heard on a petition filed against the placing of Hamza’s name from Blacklist.
Hamza Shehbaz’s lawyer ensured the court that his client was cooperating with National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in the investigation, hence, his name should be removed from Blacklist.
To this, Lahore High Court summoned a reply from Federal government till March 22.
It is to be noted that FIA barred Hamza from travelling to Doha via a flight of Qatar Airline on December 11, 2018.
