Lahore (August 10, 2018): The session court on Friday hearing the case against MMA chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman and PML-N head Shehbaz Sharif for provocative speeches outside the election commission office summoned the report from SHO Model Town Lahore.
According to details, a citizen Tanzeela filed the case before the additional judge Azhar Iqbal through his counsel Chaudhry Advocate alleging that Maulana Fazal has made meddling speeches on August 08 outside the election commission office in Islamabad.
“Maulana attempted to infuriating masses against Pakistan army and he also caused the damage of emotion of freedom by announcing to not celebrate 14 August, a day of Pakistan’s independence,” the lawyer of petitioner stated.
The petitioner also mentioned that she was tried to register the case in Modal Town police station, however, his request went unheard.
“I request the court to file a treason case against both the leaders,” she said in her request.
The court has issued notices to SHO Modal Town and summoned detailed report in this connection.
