Lahore (October 19, 2017): Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Thursday said that respecting judiciary was incumbent upon on everyone.
Talking to media at Punjab Assembly, Sadiq said that no one cursed Army and Judiciary, saying that it was everyone’s obligation to respect judiciary.

He said that Pakistan was besieged from by enemies from all the sides. He said that confrontation between institutions would harm the country.
Sadiq said that there has always been conspirators and conspiracies in the country, adding that every institution need to function within the constitutional limits.
He said that gone were the days when judiciary had been validating coups and giving three years’ time to dictators.“The people would decide in 2018 as to who is right and who is wrong,” Speaker added.
The Speaker said that it was necessary to only intimate Speaker about the arrest of the sitting member of the Assembly.
Earlier, when Speaker Sadiq reached Punjab Assembly he was warlmly received by Speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Muhammad Iqbal. On the occasion both the speaker discussed issues of mutual interests and urged for more interaction between the National Assembly and provincial assemblies.
