Islamabad (March 26, 2018): The committee formed to decide the name of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his family on Exit Control List (ECL) seems in doldrums after the refusal of Riaz Pirzada to become member of ECL committee.
The Federal Cabinet has formed a special committee headed by Law Minister Mahmood Virk to review the issue of placing the names of Sharif family in ECL.

On March 21, the federal cabinet has set up a three-member committee that will decide whose name should be put on or exit from Exit Control List (ECL).
The decision was taken in a federal cabinet meeting presided over by the Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in Islamabad.
According to cabinet decision law minister Mehmood Bashir will head the committee while federal minister for Status and Frontier Regions Abdul Qadir Baloch and adviser to PM on law Zafarullah will be the members of the committee.
