Lahore (March 28, 2018): Federal Minister For Railways Saad Rafique on Wednesday appeared before the National Accountability Bureau Lahore where a three member investigation team of the bureau is recording his statement.
As per details, the NAB has summoned the railways minister in personal capacity to respond over the Ashiana Housing scandal while his brother Salman Rafique is summoned on Thursday in the same case.

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned minister for railways Khawaja Saad Rafique and his brother on March 22 in Ashyiana Iqbal Housing Society corruption case.
However, the railway minister requested the NAB Lahore to postpone proceedings against him in a housing scam. He said that he was in Islamabad and busy with official work and also had to meet the Chinese ambassador as well.
“I am willing to cooperate with NAB and provide them all the details. I will submit a reply to all the questions asked by the accountability bureau.” He also shared that he has been summoned in the probe into Paragon Housing Society.
