Riyadh (September 12, 2017): Saudi authorities foiled a suicide attack on the headquarters of Defense Ministry here by Deash outfit.
According to Saudi security authorities two Yemeni and two Saudi nationals are being arrested.The two Yemeni nationals residing in Saudi Arabia are members of Daesh and they were living in the country under fake names, they added.
Meanwhile, a statement issued by Saudi authorities said that two plans to attack suicide attacks on two buildings were foiled and hand grenades and other weapons were recovered from the arrested suspects. It may be mentioned here that Saudi Arabia is commanding the war against Iran-supported Houthi rebels in Yemen.
In the past Daesh had carried out bomb attacks in the Kingdom in which security personnel and members of Shia minority were targeted. Daesh has criticized Saudi Arabia many times over its relations with Western countries.
