ISLAMABAD: Information and Culture Minister of Saudi Arabia called on Prime Minister Special Assistant (PMSA) Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan wherein she stressed on a need of a joint communication strategy to portray the real face of Islam.
Prime Minister Special Assistant (PMSA) Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said that cooperation in the field of media, culture and film are vital to strengthening the relationship between masses of the two countries while the cooperation in these sectors will also promote two countries identity around the globe.

Suggesting exchange of dramas along with dubbing between the two countries she said that dramas and films are important means of promotion of any society’s values and culture adding that we have to introduce our heroes to our young generations.
At the occasion, Saudi Minister hailed the suggestions of the PMSA regarding cooperation in the fields of film and culture. While he said that it is his first-ever visit to any country after assuming the post and he chose Pakistan first.
Saudi Arabia ambassador to country Nawaz Saeed Ul Malki, secretary information Zahida Perveen and other high officials of two countries were also present.
