WASHINGTON: Saudi King Salman called United States (US) President Trump following the firing incident in Florida.
King Salman expressed his sincere condolences over the incident in which a gunman, later identified as a member of the Saudi air force, fatally shot at least three people and injured others at a military training facility in Florida,
He further said that the Saudi people are greatly angered by the barbaric actions of the shooter, and that this person in no way shape or form represents the feelings of the Saudi people who love the American people.
King Salman assured President Trump that Saudi Arabia stands with them in this tragic incident and He also ordered Saudi security forces to help US in reaching out to the reason behind the incident.
Earlier, the Governor of Florida announced that the man who shot down three people in Florida firing was Saudi. The perpetrator was also shot down after he opened firing.
