Karachi: State Bank Of Pakistan (SBP) on Monday increased interest rate by one percent.
Addressing a presser Governor SBP Jameel Ahmed said that after an uptick of one percent in interest rate the interest climb to 17 percent to 16 percent.

The Governor SBP said that to control the inflation the interest rate has been increased.
