SC Extends Bail Of Accused In Corruption Case Of Sindh Tourism Dept

Islamabad: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) has extended bail before the arrest of four accused involved in the corruption case Sindh government’s department of tourism.

A divisional bench of the SC headed by Justice Musher Alam heard the bail petition of four accused namely Ghulam Murtaza Dowood Pota, Roshan Ali Kanasro, Altaf Memon and Muhammad Azam in the corruption case of the Sindh Tourism Dept.

The NAB prosecutor told the court that he has received the court orders today and insisted the court to give time for the preparation of the case.

The court accepted the request of the NAB prosecutor while the SC also extended bail before the arrest of the all four accused.
