SC Refuses to Hear Military Courts Sentenced Cases

Islamabad (May 30, 2017): The supreme Court has refused to handle hear the cases of criminals, who were sentenced by military court saying that all three judges had termed the establishment of military courts against the constitution.

Three members bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khusa heard the case of criminals,  who were sentenced by military court and appealed in SC against the sentence, and in the start of hearing Justice Khusa remarked that all three judges had written opposing note in the case against the set up of  military court and “How can we hear the case.”

Justice Khusa directed counsel of the appellants to file their appeal for the constitution of another bench to hear their case.
