ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan’s Registrar Office on Friday objected and returned appeals filed by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) seeking bail suspensions of Mian Shehbaz Sharif and Fawad Hasan Fawad.
According to details, the objections were imposed by the Supreme Court’s Registrar for entering wrong articles and numbering in the appeal.
Consequently, Registrar returned the Accountability watchdog their appeal with objections.
It is to be noted that NAB had filed appeals seeking suspension of bail of opposition leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif in Ramzan Sugar Mills and Ashiana Iqbal housing Scheme case, and in Ashiana scandal case for Fawad Hasan Fawad.
