Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has rejected an appeal of interim bail of ex-home minister Balochistan in the abduction case of a nine-year-female child.
A divisional bench in the chair of Justice Mazhar Alam heard the petition of Sarfaraz Bugti seeking interim bail.
The counsel of Sarfaraz Bugti, Kamran Murtaza appeal the court granting of interim bail to his client, on which, Justice Qazi Ameen said that nobody arrested Sarfaraz Bugti for six months who will arrest him now adding that if found any reason granting him bail then we would do so.
Justice Mazhar Alam Khail said to the lawyer that Sarfaraz Bugti is an influential person, try to search a female child while the court adjourned the hearing till July 14 on an appeal to arrest Sarfaraz Bugti.
