Justice Muneeb Akthar said that the person which the NAB wanted to place on the ECL is a renowned personality of the country and asked the NAB prosecutor did he flee after removing from the no-fly list?
The hounourable judge remarked that the SC has interpreted in the justice Qazi Faiz Essa case that the suspected transactions are not included in the corruption and taunted the NAB prosecutor that he didn’t bother to read the justice Qazi Faiz Essa’s verdict of the SC.
