ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) will hear canceling of Shahbaz Sharif and Fawad Hassan Fawad bail pleas, the orange line train case and the petition of girls guide association on June 13.
The SC has scheduled the cancellation of bail of Shahbaz Sharif and Fawad Hassan Fawad case on June 13 and three member judge of the SC headed by Justice Shiekh Azmat Saeed while notices have been issued respondents in the case including to prosecutor general NAB.
It is pertinent to mention here that the NAB has filed the petition in the SC against the bail of Shahbaz Sharif and Fawad Hassan Fawad.
The SC will hear the Orange Line Train project on June 13 as well while three-member bench of the SC headed by Justice Shiekh Azmat and for the purpose notices to Punjab government, attorney general, and advocate general has been issued.
The highest court of the country will hear the girls guide association petition on June 13 too while three-member bench headed by Justice Shiekh Azmat will hear the case.
It is pertinent to mention here that the girls guide association had filed the petition against Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed over bulldozing wall of the government school while the bench has expressed anger on commissioner Rawalpindi and deputy commissioner.
