ISLAMABAD: A five-member larger bench chaired by Chief Justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali will hear the Panamagate case today.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawyer Naeem Bukhari will complete its arguments today and after completion of his arguments, PM and his sons’ layers will start their arguments.
During the previous hearing, PTI’s lawyer’s Naeem Bukhari had presented his arguments on the differences of PM’s statement to SC and to the nation. Bukhari had said that he will complete his arguments within 35 minutes.
After Bukhari, Sheikh Rasheed’s layers will give their arguments.
Senior advocate Salman Aslam Butt will defend Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif while Akram Sheikh will represent the prime minister’s children Maryam, Hussain and Hassan. It will be the seventh hearing of the mega corruption case.
