ISLAMABAD: The Daily Mail reporter David Rose, who made headlines by hurling corruption and money laundering allegations on Shehbaz Sharif, said in reaction over Shehbaz Sharif defamation sue that he had scam in quake funds in 2009 and 2011, not in 2005.
In his twitter message, he said, “I am going to make one comment on Shehbaz Sharifs’ recent statements, in which he said he was not chief minister Punjab in 2005 when earthquake strike, that according to evidence already aired in Pakistani court, the alleged thefts from the quake relief fund were in 2009 and 2011.”
I’m only going to make one comment on Shahbaz Sharif’s recent statements. He complains the earthquake was in 2005, before he became CM. But according to evidence already aired in a Pakistani court, the alleged thefts from the quake relief fund were in 2009 and 2011. Refutation?
