ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court Bar Association has challenged the 23rd Constitutional Amendment pertaining to extension of military courts at the Supreme Court.
The petition filed by president SCBA Rasheed A Razvi argues that the 23rd Constitutional Amendment is against the basic spirit of the Constitution.
The petitioner asks the court to declare the 23rf Constitutional Amendment null and void.
