ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has been divided over the call of protest in support for justice Qazi Faiz Isa against government reference filed against him.
Addressing the press conference the vice president of the SCBA Sued Saleem Akhter said that SCBA will not part of a protest on June 14 as Qazi Faiz Isa should appear before judicial council for defence allegations hurled against him.
Salim Akhter expressed hope that Supreme Court is free and honest institutions and all the judges are honest and will take the case on merit, however, few opportunists are politicizing the issue.
SCBA leader said that the accountability process has been started and it would be continued till its logical end.
