ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has said Supreme Court’s verdict in COAS Service Extension case is against the constitution.
Talking in AbbTakk News’ program Tonight with Fareeha, the minister terming the top court’s verdict in COAS extension case against the constitution of Pakistan said the time period of COAS extension was not fixed in 1973 constitution after consultation.
He lauded opposition’s role over the matter related to the national security.
