Karachi (December 4, 2017): The murder accused Khawar Burny has confessed the killing of Zafir, who was shot dead after his vehicle struck a heavy bike participating in a road race at Do Darya area of DHA’s Phase-VIII and sped away, police said.
Khawar Burny said in his confessional statement that he had fired on the tyers of the car, however accidentally it hit the person sitting inside the car. He also told the police that his brother was in car when the incident was taken place.

Earlier today, police produced the six arrested suspects, including the main suspect Khawar Burney and bike rider Rameez, who are at the centre of car race-related killing yesterday in Sea View area here before the Judicial Magistrate South.
The police informed the court that the arms as well as the vehicles used in the killing have been recovered.
The court was also informed that raids are being conducted to arrest other suspects involved in the shooting. It may be mentioned here that 18-year-old Zafir son of Faheem suffered severe bullet injuries and died on the spot while 20-year-old Zahid son of Azeem was critically injured in the shooting that took place in Phase-6 of Defence area here.

Suddenly,armed men in a double-cabin vehicle chased and intercepted Zafir’s car on the Sea View Road which reportedly carried the injured biker.
