LAHORE: DIG Operations Lahore Dr Haider Ashraf has said that security has been further beefed up in the city after the attack of police training centre in Quetta.
He further informed that security is being beefed up particularly at the Police Lines, Qila Gujjar Singh, Qurban Line, Chohang Training Centre, Airport, and the Railway Station and that all the Divisional SPs are directed to conduct search operation in their respective areas.
Direction has also been issued to strictly check and remain extremely alert at the entry and exit routes into and out of the city.
The DIG Operations will personally oversee all the security situation in the city.
